Meet Jarrad and Jani.

Why choose us

• No Call-Out Fee: We come to you for free, look at the job, and give you a quote. No obligation.
• Written Quotes: You get the price in writing before we start. Must-do work and optional extras are listed separately.
• Honest Advice: If it doesn’t need fixing, we’ll tell you. We’d rather do a small job right than sell you something you don’t need.
• Price Match: Show us a written quote from another licensed electrician for the same job. We’ll match it or tell you why we can’t.
• We Come Back: If something we did isn’t right, tell us. We’ll come back and fix it.

Jarrad

I kicked off my apprenticeship doing electrical maintenance on heavy freight locos. I also picked up general residential electrical work and solar installs along the way. Later, I moved into building and wiring industrial switchboards for mining process plants, working on production, fault finding and commissioning. If something’s not working, finding that needle in the haystack is what I do best.

I’m a bit of a perfectionist with the tools. How things look inside the cabinet or behind the walls matters just as much as whether the switch works. I won’t leave a job until I’m 100% happy with it. I’d never put anything in your home that I wouldn’t put in my own.

Jani and I started Telos after seeing too much sub-par work from other contractors: dodgy roof wiring, no care or pride, and a general “that’ll do” attitude. We wanted to give customers the experience we were looking for.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two boys and love the gym. You’ll usually find me chasing the boys around or down at Revo.

I’ve been in customer service since I was 13. I’m 30 now, so talking to people and solving problems is pretty much second nature. Before Telos, I spent four years handling electrical admin and warehouse management. I ran the phones, managed the software, handled social media, and scheduled both our tradies and clients to keep everything running smoothly.

After that, I worked as an Executive Assistant for a small building company for two years, project managing builds from start to finish. I kept clients updated every step of the way, handled contract variations when things popped up, and coordinated all the subbies on site.

I hold customer service to a really high standard. Whether it’s a small fix or a full renovation, every customer deserves our absolute best effort and clear communication.

Outside of Telos, I’m a proud mum to two gorgeous boys. When I’m not running around after the kids, you’ll usually find me unwinding with my total “inner granny” hobbies: knitting, crafting, or whatever cozy project I’ve got on the go!
